DELIVERY
Your order is usually dispatched within one business day. Any exceptions are stated in the product description.
At checkout, you can choose the delivery option that suits your address. There you’ll also see the current delivery times and shipping costs. NOTE: Customs and VAT may apply outside the EU. (Customs fee is approx. 2% for orders over €150.)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation via email.

RETURNS
SAFIRA offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items, starting from the day you received your package.
HOW TO RETURN
If you selected UPS Service Point for delivery, please use their tracking link to return your package.
Carefully pack the items and ensure the shipment is secure for postal handling.
Attach the return label to the package (a return slip is included with every order).
Remember to write your order number in the designated field on the return label, and your sender address on the back of the package.
Post the package in the nearest mailbox. NOTE: Do not leave the package at a post office or service point.
If the total value of the items you want to return is €200 or more, please contact our customer support at [email protected] to receive an alternative return label. Returns over this value are not insured unless this step is followed.
Please note that engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
Follow the return steps above. To exchange a product, simply place a new order on our website for the item you want instead.
If you only wish to change the size of the same ring, please contact our customer support first at [email protected].
CLAIMS
To file a claim, please contact our customer support at [email protected] for further instructions.
RETURN COST
A return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your return. Normal processing time is 2–5 business days from the day we receive your return. During peak seasons, delays may occur.
REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS
Refunds will be processed once your return has been handled, depending on the payment method used.
If you paid via Klarna, please contact Klarna to extend the due date or pause the invoice to avoid late fees. SAFIRA is not responsible for any reminder fees.
If you paid by card, bank transfer or PayPal, the return amount will be refunded once your return has been processed.
