Heart shaped piercing in genuine 925 sterling silver, with a red Cubic Zirconia stone. The gold jewellery is plated with genuine 18K gold and has a core of genuine 925 sterling silver. The bar is made of genuine 925 sterling silver. This product is made of 100% recycled silver. Place the back part of the piercing through the ear from behind and screw it together with the front part of the piercing.
